We Love DELIGHTED BY Desserts and Why You Will Too

I am all about giving my kids choices that they have and not choices they don't. For example, I try not to ask them what they want for snack, but instead ask them if which of a handful of choices they want. It gives them a sense of control while letting me, as the parent, have the ultimate say in snack time. But after 6 months at home I will admit our snack options have become a little stale. Thank goodness for DELIGHTED BY Dessert dessert hummus spreads to help step up our snacking options! I found DELIGHTED BY Desserts Edible Brownie Batter and Mint Chocolate Fudge with the hummus near the prepared foods and deli at the Whole Foods Market in South Weymouth. It is also available Whole Foods Market - Hingham location as well as the Target in Braintree,  Costco in Avon, and Walmart in Halifax.

DELIGHTED BY Desserts dessert hummus spreads come in seven delicious and fun flavors including Edible Brownie Batter, Dreamy Vanilla Bean, Snickerdoodle Cookie, Mint Chocolate Fudge, Key Lime Pie, Red Velvet Cake Batter, and Pumpkin Pie. My kids have a blast pairing them with their favorite crackers, cookies, pretzels, and fruit!

As a mom I love that DELIGHTED BY Desserts are a low in sugar (5 grams or less of sugar per serving), vegan, and nut-free easy snack or dessert that the whole family loves! Nut-free means I can send them school as a snack which is perfect for the days my kids are back in the classroom. They are really easy to enjoy on fruit or even by spoon but sometimes we like to kick them up a notch and create recipes with them. We are sharing three of our most recent creations with you but options for enjoying them are endless!

DELIGHTED BY Desserts Key Lime Pie

Summer might be over but those fun summer vacation vibes continue when you combine DELIGHTED BY Desserts Key Lime Pie with vanilla yogurt and graham crackers. My middle like to dip her crackers in the vanilla and hummus dessert spread combo, but I prefer my graham crackers crumbled on top!

DELIGHTED BY Desserts Dreamy Vanilla Bean

One of our favorite desserts are sugar cookie fruit pizzas, but we save those for special occasions. Lucky for us DELIGHTED BY Desserts Dreamy Vanilla Bean tastes like sugar cookie dough! When we are craving a fruit pizza we top a waffle with the hummus dessert spread, and whichever fruits are in the fridge for a healthier alternative to processed desserts.

DELIGHTED BY Desserts Pumpkin Pie

Fall is here and so are all things pumpkin! If you are craving pumpkin pie these little mock pumpkin pie bites made with DELIGHTED BY Desserts Pumpkin Pie (a seasonal flavor), vanilla wafer cookies, and a dollop of whipped topping are the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Since we love DELIGHTED BY Desserts hummus dessert spreads so much we couldn't keep them to ourselves and dropped off containers with our friends all over the South Shore. They loved trying it out saying "Ours has been devoured. If you want to deliver more feel free" and "the Pumpkin Pie was a huge hit while watching the game! So yummy!", and area already adding it to their shopping lists.

Since I can't personally deliver them to all of our readers make sure you grab them at Whole Foods Market in South Weymouth or Hingham, Target in Braintree, Costco in Avon, or Walmart in Halifax next time you are out and watch their Store Locator for more local purchasing options!
