I am all about giving my kids choices that they have and not choices they don't. For example, I try not to ask them what they want for snack, but instead ask them if which of a handful of choices they want. As a mom I love that DELIGHTED BY Desserts are a low in sugar (5 grams or less of sugar per serving), vegan, and nut-free easy snack or dessert that the whole family loves! Nut-free means I can send them school as a snack which is perfect for the days my kids are back in the classroom. They are really easy to enjoy on fruit or even by spoon but sometimes we like to kick them up a notch and create recipes with them.
