It is time for the Hanover Chamber of Commerce’s 4th annual Spirited Stroll through Merchants Row.
Join us for Trick or Treating, Costumes, Raffles, Temperance Food Truck, Face Painting and more!
Get your costumes ready both Adults and kids!
Registration required. Admission is $15.00/adult and kids are FREE - Please indicate the number of children you are bringing so we can prepare for everyone!
