Details: Like most things this year and last, pictures with Santa will be a little different than usual. To maintain social distance, photos will be outside and we’ll use our red , 16 foot dory boat as a centerpiece for the photos. Santa will be standing behind the dory... families, kiddos and/or pets sitting in front of the dory on a bench.
The dory will be festively decorated with brightly wrapped presents inside to ensure every picture ‘pops’ with that holiday spirit!
B.Y.O.C! (Bring Your Own Camera…or Smartphone) to limit contact, groups use their own camera and/or smartphone to snap their pic with Saint Nick!
To ensure proper distancing, we will use grass paint and drawing squares, spaced six feet apart, with an ‘X’ in every other square. This will allow ample space for each family to wait, as well as ample space between waiting parties.
To support distancing and to keep things moving, there will be a box to collect letters for Santa. If children want to share their ‘wish list’ with Santa, they can deposit their letter in the box.
