I use a three-step approach: IDENTIFY areas of concern, whether they arise from pediatrician appointments, daycare feedback, or, parental intuition; EDUCATE parents about developmental milestones and the underlying reasons for certain behaviors; and STRATEGIZE with tailored solutions that fit the unique dynamics of each family. I emphasize the importance of understanding each child's individual needs and offer to be the guiding hand for parents, helping their children learn, develop and grow in a way that's best suited for them.
