SELA’s Summer Program is a full Spanish immersion experience for children ages 3 months - 9 years at Hingham (75 Sgt William B Terry Dr) and Norwell (137 Washington St), with or without previous exposure to Spanish! Focused on ecology and environmental care through the STEAM approach (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics), each week features a themed curriculum that varies in depth by age group.
Our award-winning program offers flexible full and part-time schedules. Students will engage in hands-on activities, including coding through platforms like Scratch, all through eco-themed topics.
The Eco Amigos Summer Program enhances scientific problem-solving skills, encouraging creativity and design. Students will engage in activities ranging from caring for plants to exploring microcellular organisms and insects. We’re excited to continue integrating ecological content with the STEAM teaching methodology!
For ages: Infants (3 months old) - Grade 3 (9 years old)
When: June 9th, 2025 - August 22nd, 11 weeks offered. Families can select however many weeks they'd like to attend. Weekly Schedule Options: 2 (Tu/Th), 3 (M/W/F), 4 (M-Th), or 5 (M-F) days per week. Half day and Full day options are available. Before care and after care are available.
