We offer a family-centered, individualized approach to meet the unique needs of each child and family. Therapy focuses on teaching developmentally appropriate, functional skills to create independence. Emphasis is placed on social interactions and engagement. Goals and programming are based on typical development and the values and needs of the child and family. Sargent Child and Family Services uses an eclectic, multifaceted approach utilizing different types of treatment and therapies to create a program that best meets the individual needs of the child and family. Therapy is conducted by caring, professional, qualified therapists. We have a transdisciplinary team that includes Behavior Analysts and Therapists, Mental Health Counselors, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Music Therapists to provide consultations and therapy. We also offer support, education, and advocacy training for the whole family.
