Skills. Confidence. Growth. Community. That’s what we give our athletes at the South Shore
Sports Center. We’ve taken the joy of a backyard game and created a space for all levels of
players, from novice through experienced- our roster is open to all. From soccer to football to
field hockey and more, there’s a sport – and a place – for everyone. Our goal is to use our love
of sports to make our athletes into the best players – and people – they can be. The Sports

Tots Program (for girls and boys ages 2-5): For more information click here: Tots
Tots creates self-confidence, promotes physical fitness, and helps develop motor skills. Soccer,
basketball, and T-ball classes are held multiple days and times during the week. We offer
monthly memberships and open enrollment. Classes are held indoors at the South Shore Sports
Center, 55 Recreation Park Drive, Hingham. Drop In and try a class!

Kids World: Kids World is our open space layout for children, ages 1-6 to jump, play and
explore. We will be re-opening in late September! Check out our website soon for more
information.
Host a Birthday Party at the Sports Center! Play an hour of games on one of our sports
fields and then enjoy delicious homemade pizza and drinks in our upstairs party room. Games
include soccer, football, wiffleball, kickball, dodgeball, basketball and more. You can even hire
an Athletic Director to facilitate. Parties are available weekdays and weekends for children of all

Coed Basketball League (for girls and boys U6 and U8): For more information click here.
This 55 minute development league will consist of 25 minutes of skill work and a 30 minute live
scrimmage. Players will begin to develop individual skills as well as learn general team
concepts. We will work on ball handling, passing, and shooting skills that they will be able to
carry over into the scrimmage portion of our session! League runs Mondays from September
13 to November 1 and is limited to 20 players so sign up today!
Private Training Sessions: We offer private and small-group training sessions for soccer and
basketball players which are tailored to each individual athlete to help them meet their goals,
needs, and schedule. Each training session lasts 45 minutes and will work on any soccer,
basketball, or fitness-based skill set you wish to improve. Click here for: private session info.
Field Rentals: A backyard game is great, but you can take it to the next level on our
professional sports spaces. We have 2 artificial turf fields that are made for soccer, lacrosse,
field hockey, or football; or take it indoors to our regulation basketball court for the perfect layup.
If you want to challenge some of your favorite people to a game, let us give you the perfect
playing field. Our Skybox Lounge and conference rooms are also available to rent for private
functions and meetings.
