Norwell Recreation Department welcomes families to its upcoming Norwell Town Common Community Outdoor Movie Night showing of “The Goonies” on Friday, September 13 from 6:30 - 9:00 pm. The film will begin at 7:00 pm. This is a Free Event! Norwell Town Common is the triangle located at the corner of Main St. and River St. Knucklebones will be on site from 6-7pm to provide fun and games prior to the start of the film! Participants are welcome to stop by the table to meet staff from the new Orange Theory Fitness in Hanover. Orange Theory Fitness is our Event Sponsor for the 2019 Town Common Movie Night Series!

Many Norwell Town Center businesses, stores, and restaurants will be open before and/or after the movie to purchase snacks, soft drinks, ice cream or for a before/after meal.
Parking will be available at The Cushing Center, 690 Main St., and Coastal Heritage Bank.
Roads will be closed at Main St./River St. and surrounding intersections and Police Details will assist with safety and street closures.
If either the existence or threat of rain prevents the movie from being shown outdoors at The Town Common, the film will be shown the same date and time indoors at The Cushing Center. Please follow the Norwell Recreation Department Facebook page for updates.
