Where to Donate Gifts This Holiday Season

By Laurie Corbett, Publisher, Macaroni Kid South Shore Boston November 13, 2019

The holidays are a magical time of year, but for many families, they are incredibly difficult. Giving is an important part of the holidays and we have rounded up a list of locations your family can give to those who need a little support this year.

Know of a local organization dedicated to giving back to the South Shore community this holiday season? Email lauriec@macaronikid.com with the subject line Giving Back and we will add them to our list!

Campbell Christmas Angels (Hull)

Based out of Hull Campbell Christmas Angels is a non-profit that serves families from the surrounding area. Campbell Christmas Angels mission is to give the gift of Christmas to children who may otherwise go without presents from Santa Christmas morning. Their goal is to provide gifts to 250 children this year and unfortunately, they will not be receiving the amazing support from Toys R Us this year and need your help to meet the need. They will also pick up your donations from you! Their 6th Annual Day of Giving Fundraiser will be held on November 30th at the Knights of Columbus, 440 Nantasket Avenue, Hull, MA from 2 to 7 pm. There will be many raffles and silent auctions to choose from and it is their biggest fundraiser of the year. There will also be a giving tree where brand new unwrapped toys, bedding, winter jackets, and pajamas can be donated. Learn more about how you can help HERE or call Laurie Good at 774-204-3241.
