SELA: The International Private School located in the Shipyard area of Hingham announced the expansion of their current School of Early Global Education (ages 3 months to 5 years) to include a new, second location in Norwell. This 17,000-square-foot building is located at 137 Washington Street for infants through JuniorK students. This new space will include a large indoor play space, two outdoor playgrounds for a total of 3,000 sq ft, administrative offices, as well as 14 classrooms.
SELA currently operates a location in Hingham, which includes 170 students ranging in age from 3 months to 5 years in its School of Early Global Education and 81 students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 in its Elementary School. SELA’s mission is to provide each student with a unique and personalized learning experience through an immersion education of the highest academic quality, which inspires and motivates students to strive for more knowledge and become bilingual, competent, global citizens.
