Last weekend I got to see the opening performance of Newsies with my new assistant. It was really cool because I interviewed some of the cast a few weeks ago. It was fun to see them on stage We wrote a poem about it to share with you.

Adapted for Broadway from the popular 1992 film of the same name, The Company Theatre in Norwell is the first on the South Shore to produce this award-winning musical-dramedy. About the Authors: Hannah is a 3rd grader living on Boston's South Shore. She loves reading, art, theater, and swimming. If she doesn't have her nose in a book you can find her playing elaborate make-believe games with her two younger siblings, or making the world a better place with her Girl Scout troop. Caroline is new to the Macaron Kid South Shore Boston reporting team and is excited to be serving as the assistant to the Jr Reporter.
