Marcus B. Ford/Birch Street Park Playground

Birch Street, Pembroke, MA

Marcus B. Ford Playground is also known as Birch Street Park Playground was built in 2007 and is truly a hidden gem. It is right on Birch Street in Pembroke and has a large parking lot behind it, and baseball fields behind the parking area. The entire playground is fenced in with working gates, and inside the gate, there is a paved path running the perimeter.

The playground has a side for younger kids, but the entire area flows together as one space. Within the playground there are multiple climbing structures, slides, swings, an imaginary play area, see-saw, a large climbing net, roller slide and more!

There is limited shade and no bathroom but there are plenty of benches and picnic tables. The playground is open year-round from dawn to dusk.
