Oh Baby! Fitness Update

As you may know I have teamed up with Oh Baby! Fitness South Shore MA this year to help me achieve my goal to Take Care of Mama Bear this year. Since January I have been attending their stroller workout on Monday mornings in Hingham. While there are been some set-backs - weather and illness being the big ones - I am excited that I completed my first session with them, and wanted to update you on how it is going. 

While I feel like I am getting stronger each week I have found the best things Oh Baby! Fitness has done for me is to help me mentally wrap my head around what it means to take care of myself while caring for three kids under five. They have helped me re-connect with my body and want to be better to it. Through the support of Oh Baby! Fitness' South Shore team I not only have lost 8 lbs but I have made a commitment to eating healthier, and moving more on the days we don't have class. 

As we head into Spring I am excited to add a second class to my week, and I can't wait for their classes to head outside. Plus, as a former swimming instructor and lifeguard their mom and baby water class H2Oh Baby! is at the top of my class wish list! I am really excited to check back in with you in May and let you know about all of my progress. Stay tuned!
