This Saturday, September 27th there will be fire trucks, police cars, tow trucks, helicopters, food, fun and learning put on by two area town's public safety departments. Here are the details ... 


Hanover Fire Department Touch a Truck - $3 donation to benefit new AED at Forge Pond Park

Join the Hanover Fire Department for a Touch-a-Truck event! From fire trucks and police cars to construction vehicles, tow trucks and post office delivery trucks; there are nearly 30 vehicles already signed up to participate.  Along with the vehicles will be food for purchase, an ice cream truck, jump house, face painting, balloon artist, child safety seat information by the Hanover Police, Child ID Kits by the Plymouth County Sheriff, music, raffles and vendors such as Edaville USA, My Gym Norwell and Elite Football Academy to name a few.

When: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM


Scituate Public Safety Spectacular - FREE

Join the Scituate Police and Fire Departments for a fun, and learning filled event! There will be station tours, an obstacle course, food, face painting, demos, helicopter landings, K9 demos, ice cream, music, children's fingerprinting, truck rides, MSP demos, marine units, a safety trailer, a chili cook-off and more!
