September 20th Macaroni Kid publishers from around the country will head out into their communities at "Do Something Great"! This edition is teaming up with Weir River Farm, in Hingham, to host a family work day (more on that next week), and along with the work day we are supporting their 4H club's food drive to support families in Plymouth County.
Starting September 1st there will be boxes in a variety of locations across the area to collect your donations! Please pick up a few extra non-perishables the next time you are at the grocery stores and drop them off at one of the locations listed bellow during their regular businesses hours. Together we can support or community and Do Something Great!
To make things a little more fun, and encourage more people to donate, feel free to post photos of your family dropping off your donations on social media (Facebook, Twitter or Instagram) and use the hashtags #SSBoston and #MKDoSomethingGreat
