"We are thrilled to provide our audiences with an exciting range of musical theatre productions this summer," said BCT Executive Artistic Director Burgess Clark. "Both The Addams Family and Fame have enjoyed cult-like followings on television, film and now on stage. The popularity of both pieces makes it both exciting and challenging for our students. It's a wonderful experience to watch these gifted young actors take on these iconic characters and make them their own. There is no better way to showcase the extensive range of talent this summer than with these two productions."

Featuring an original story, THE ADDAMS FAMILY tells the weird and wonderful tale of Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, and her quest to keep a very big secret from her mother Morticia. Come meet the family as see where 'normal' meets The Addams Family- with hilarious results! Directed by Burgess Clark, with choreography by Nicole Soriano and music direction by Austin Davy, THE ADDAMS FAMILY was created by Jersey Boys authors Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice with music and lyrics by Andrew Lippa. THE ADDAMS FAMILY is based on characters created by Charles Addams.

A bit of life imitating art, FAME is an inspiring story filled with high octane dance numbers, intense drama, and unforgettable music that will have audiences dancing in the aisles.   Directed and choreographed by Brian Dillon with music direction by Rob Rucinski, FAME was conceived and developed by David De Silva with book by Jose Fernandez, lyrics by Jacques Levy and music by Steve Margoshes.
