South Shore Playground Review

Imagination Station, Randolph

Imagination Station Playground and Splash Pad

Randolph, MA

At the start of the summer we headed over to Randolph to check out a playground and splash pad that everyone we knew had been raving about! We wanted to share it with you sooner, but with it being summer we hadn't had a chance until now! And with all of this steamy weather we have been having we couldn't wait any longer!

The entire playground is fenced in which is a big bonus with small children, but there's isn't a gate so make sure they don't slip out while you aren't looking. There is however some really nice shade, covered picnic tables, two separate sections for both younger and older children, a "sound garden" for creating music, paths and ramps that allow for accessibility, and a separate fenced in splash pad! It is the perfect playground for hot summer days! Pack a lunch, run around, engage in some imaginary play, make some music, and cool off in the water - you can do it all without getting back in the care.

There are no bathroom facilities at this playground so plan ahead in terms of bathroom needs, and changing for the splash pad. The parking is shared with Zapustas Ice Arena and there was plenty of parking the day we visited.
